Fall Ball 2010
Fall ball is a completely instructional season that includes:
· 9 weeks of instruction focused on fundamentals for players and coaches
· 2 seminars with SportForm’s professional Olympic coaches
· 3 divisions of play for varying levels of skill levels
· Pitching, hitting, and fielding instruction focused at the appropriate skill level for you player
· Cap and jerseys provided
· BBQ’s and baseball games at the Continental fields

New Continental board members
Continental Little league would like to welcome the following community members to our board of directors. As many of you may have seen there were a number of positions on the board that become open for the 2011 regular season. These individuals have chosen to further volunteer their time in assisting Continental little league during 2011 season
