Each team must bat through their entire line-up of available players the entire season.
There are no balks or illegal pitches in the Minor Divisions. The umpire should point out the problem to the manager or coach, and allow the pitcher to reset.
Any game is considered complete if, at least 4 complete innings have been played or 3 and ½ innings with the home team ahead by 10 points. If a game is played to 6 innings, the 6th inning shall be the last inning played.
During weekday games there is no time limit and games can only be ended early by darkness or weather conditions as determined by the Head (Plate) Umpire.
During weekend (Saturday) games, there is a 2-hour time limit on all games. No new inning shall start after one hour and fourty-five minutes from the game start time.
There shall be no time limited for playoff or championship games.
There can be no more than 5 runs per inning maximum with the following exceptions:
If after four complete innings a team is winning by more than 10 runs, the game will be considered complete and no unlimited run inning will be played.
20 minute wait past game time. Inability to field a team is a forfeit. If you know in advance that you can't field a team for a specific game, please notify the manager of the opposing team as soon as possible. If at any time during a game you cannot place nine players on the field, it is a forfeit. If you choose to play without the required 9 players, the game is then considered a practice game only .
Stealing is allow throughout the entire season.
Note for managers and coaches: Although stealing is allowed, a player may only steal a base if and when the following conditions apply.
On offensive, managers and coaches should teach players to take lead after ball reaches home plate and return to base once the Pitcher has secure the throwback from Catcher to Pitcher, and the Pitcher is heading back to the rubber.
On defense, managers and coaches should teach catcher to “look the runner back to 3rd” and make an accurate/firm throw to the Pitcher. Managers and coaches should view the Catcher position as a skilled or more advanced position.
There is no on deck batter allowed. The 1st batter of each inning is allowed in neutral/safe territory.
A manager or coach, that recivies a "time out" from an umpire to visit the mound.
